Let's poll the question!
Were you a bully in grammar/high school? I posted this in the Gen. forum because I always tend to think that those who support large, consistent acts of hard power were bullies in high school and grammar school.
Following a strict legalism/Machiavellian political approach can be understood in domestic terms, with an examination of state police forces and secret police organizations and those who advocate such measures. It can also be understood in international terms, with an examination of xenophobic, imperialistic endeavors committed by reactionary realists who claim to shoot first and ask questions later.
