Since the GOP won the House...they are now chomping at the bit to impeach Biden somehow...

Yet, just a few days ago, the GOP narrative had been about trying to stop inflation.

Now, they don't care about inflation anymore. Not that they had a plan to begin with, but at least they were talking about it. Not anymore.

Well, the GOP folks just lost their right to bitch about inflation now that it isn't important to them anymore...despite still being affected by it....

If they can manage to corral all of their members into impeaching Biden, then they can.

But their margin of control is so narrow that if maybe only 5 don't go for it or stay home they won't have enough.

the democrats passed all of the legislation and did everything trump failed to do, they even passed immigration reform along with environmental protections, gay marriage legislation, sustainable energy, infrastructure, healthcare, and very limited gun control.

and the gop had a repeal-only platform. we all know what the republicans have done since 1980: killed the middle class, tanked the courts, put religion into government and got into moronic wars. no wonder you pretended to be a biden voter

sure: op, don't worry, the gop will erode all of our rights anyway because this is a corporatist fascist dystopia where peter theil and the federalist society already killed democracy.

I would be surprised if an impeachment trial received enough support in the House and for sure not the Senate. The Freedom Caucus is large, loud and extreme but there still are quite a few moderate Republicans from swing districts who are not out for revenge. I can't imagine what charges they can bring against Biden that would be anywhere close to impeachable. Not liking his policies is not impeachable and "crimes" require evidence not just MTG running off at the mouth. One thing I do know Biden will ignore the entire thing. The investigation that will likely bother him the most is the investigation involving Hunter because he knows how frail Hunter is emotionally.

Impeaching Biden is a foregone conclusion. Republican voters and their elected reps want to own the libs.

Yes this is possible. We used to have a political party in the 1990s called the GOP that was rather adept at this. Unfortunately that party died off circa 2016 and was supplanted by an entity known as MAGA that has no legislative agenda other than to Own the Left and funnel money to a particular obese, adulterous Florida Man. Hence, for MAGA, it's still possible to do two things at the same time, but only of those two actions are to grief and to get revenge. Investigate potential wrong-doings? Have a legislative agenda?

C'mon, MAGA isn't interested in such things!

Biden is the root cause of inflation.

I haven't heard Republicans talk of impeachment much. Garland, Wray and Mayorkas for their collective failures on the border and elsewhere. With a minority in the senate and a very small majority in the house impeachment of anyone unlikely. That doesn't mean oversight should be shelved. The FBI needs deep scrutiny.

Agreed - hopefully someone can investigate why Antifa dressed up as FBI to stage the 1/6 hoax. Or, was it the FBI dressed up at Antifa? What's the latest narrative on that again?
