We need to put a band aid on our immigration problem now before we ruin our economy. (1 Viewer)

It's already to that altitude in some states.

The price of fast food has declines slightly here in the Peoples Republic of California. It went into the stratosphere when the pumped they minimum wage to $22 an hour, then further during Bidenflation. But food costs have declined significantly under Trump, easing the cost to fast food outlets, who are bleeding customers and have rolled back prices, slightly.

So you can't quote the article or amendment that gives the judiciary the power to override the executive and dictate their actions. The reason you can't - is no such power exists.

It says all cases arising under this Constitution.

"The judicial power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity, arising under this Constitution, the laws of the United States,"

Did Nixon obey the Supreme Court? Did Nixon give the tapes to Leon Jaworski? Did you think there was no judicial review, or maybe you think the president is above the law, or maybe you think the checks and balances in the Constitution no longer apply because trump is King.

Marbury didn't "affirm" anything. John Marshall usurped powers not found in the Constitution. The Constitution is silent regarding Judicial Review or legislation. Further, those powers that were created out of thin air by Marshall regard the review of laws passed by the legislature for compliance to the constitution. The idea that the executive must beg permission from each and every inferior court in the nation to be allowed to conduct the Article II duties is nowhere in Marbury and is beyond absurd and patently unconstitutional. This is an insurrection, an attempt to overthrow the executive branch of the United States Government because the treasonous democrat party lost an election and refuses to accept the results.
LOL the rule of law is not an insurrection. The executive need not beg for anything, instead it's called an "appeal". And trump has been afforded that recourse. If you recall, he actually was afforded full due process through so many appeals his trials were avoided.

"The decision in this Supreme Court Case established the right of the courts to determine the constitutionality of the actions of the other two branches of government."

But actually I think US v Nixon is more indicative. July 24, 1974.

Why are you supporting the insurrection and attempted coup being conducted by Seditionist Judges and the filthy democrat party?

The rule of law is not insurrection.
