Trolling at its finest...
But not against the law.

So your point is he was arrested for being a dick.....
Right?
That, and the cops were dicks to arrest him.

Yet, somehow only the guy counter-protesting the bootlickers gets arrested.
Hmmmmmmmmmmm
No why was he arrested?
You'll forgive me, then, if I don't watch the video.
Supposedly, "causing "undue annoyance," under the breach of peace statute". Since the prosecutors dropped the case before it went to trial, I'd say that even the prosecutors knew it wouldn't work.
Prosecuters drop charges all the time.
I have had charges dropped in my case when they were in fact warranted.
Freedom of speech can be annoying to people. In fact, that is the speech that is specifically protected. Flowery, pretty speech needs no protection.
The cops were clearly wrong and dicks to arrest him.
Freedom of speech is a wonderful thing.
Do not confuse freedom of speech with freedom to be a dick flute.
And a peaceful resolution was available but rejected by the dick flute. The dick flute was there to antagonize. You can see it clearly.
Even if he was, that's STILL protected. It is not illegal, nor should it be, to peacefully hold a sign that is contrary to the message of those around you are advocating.
I find it ironic that you call yourself a "libertarian".
Freedom to Agitate noted.
Freedom to Agitate.... Got it.No, it's not really the freedom to agitate. It's that people's feelings don't trump rights.
Freedom to Agitate.... Got it.
That is EXACTLY what he was there to do.
So, you think that people shouldn't carry guns if they agitate people?
Non sequitur post.
Yes.Freedom to Agitate noted.
