Just because minorities are considered a "protected class", does not mean they will not be held accountable within our society. This isn't 1870, or even 1950. No, we can simply apply an expanded version of civil rights protections in regards to business transactions. For example you can’t be sued for discrimination for not applying to a company but a company can be for not hiring you if they do it for illegal reasons
