ABC is ACTUALLY going to tell the other side of a story! :shock: The side the 9/11 Commission buried...The fact that 90% of 9/11 was caused by Bill Clinton's foreign policy decisions.

Maybe now that a usually liberal mouthpiece is chronicling the utter failure of liberal policies to protect this country, liberals will ditch the hysterical personal attacks and actually consider our repeated assertion that we are at war and that the left seems to be playing for the enemy.

I used to wonder why Mr. Bush was doing the things he was doing. It never was clear what he was up to, right? Add in Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld and Condoleeza Rice and it just becomes a mess that just can’t be cleaned up.
Then, on August 21, 2006 in the White House he said that Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11.
That meant to me that Iraq is not part of the war on terror.
The next day, August 22, 2006, in Salt Lake City, Utah, he told a bunch of veterans that Iraq is the biggest part of the war on terror.
I wonder if he ain’t the biggest liar I ever heard.
Now I don’t wonder why, I just wonder what he’s going to do next.
I reckon it won’t be too surprising. For some reason - when there is something that he needs to do for the good of the country he don’t do it.
Is this a Judas Priest on hand? Some folks have called him a ‘Witch-King’ (because of the ’W’) but I think that’s a bit much. After all - lots of nice folks voted for him - course - he seems to have deceived them.
When I hear ‘em beatin’ their chests I recall something from Job in the Holy Bible, "Job xli. There is no power on the earth which can be compared with him, who was created that he should fear no one. He beholdeth every high thing, he is king over all the children of pride."

Good to know what it is in your mind, but since the beginning Bush has stated that the War On Terror is not singularly linked on 9/11, but was spurred forward and created DUE to 9/11. It is not a "War on those that did 9/11", it is a "War on Terror".

So not, when he says that Iraq didn't have anything to do with 9/11 but also calls it a key battle in the war on terror, he is not "lieing" as it is backed up with what he's said before. He may not be stating things in a way you agree with, but that doesn't mean he's lieing. But, nice try anyways

Well is English your first language? Because the only way you can construe Bush saying that: "Iraq had nothing to do with 9-11," with him saying that: "Iraq is not a part of the war on terror," is if you didn't speak ****ing English.

To recap the Iraqi links to Islamic terrorism and AQ are numerous, the 9-11 Commission report states that OBL himself met with high ranking Iraqi intelligence operatives, Zarqawi was in Iraq where he visited a Baghdad hospital prior to the war, the DOCEX release proves that Saddam was not only collaborating with AQ but that Saddam was himself training thousands of Radical Islamist terrorists at Salmon Pak; furthermore, former Democratic Senator and 9-11 Commissioner Bob Kerrey, after the DOCEX release, has come out and stated that the Commission severely underestimated the collaborative relation b/w AQ and Saddam.

The left is already going ballistic over this mini-series. They are bombarding ABC and Walt Disney with letters threatening boycotts. ABC has, however, pulled this threat away. They've announced that the special will be aired with NO commercials of any kind.

I wonder what the Clinton apologists will try now to stop the airing of this show.

I'm very aware of what the rules are Aps. I also know that none of the links have the same title as the thread. I was simply providing some collaboration to aquapub's OP.

Perhaps a mod can change the title. It doesn't need to be placed elsewhere. The airing of this show is big news and the left is doing every thing in its power to stop it if possible, or discredit it in any way. It appears that ABC has actually grown some ba!!s for once and are insistent on airing it.

You raise a good point. I wish there were a subject for breaking news which did not require that the title be the same as the newstory (I understand the need to have the title be the same as the link). I know that there were issues I wanted to raise but could not put in this subject. Hmmmm. Do you have any suggestions?

It may be in your opinion, but in many others,including the producers of the show, it is a historical documentary of the events leading to 9/11.

In my opinion, the only bias here is your's. This is a prime example of the left's attempts to downplay and refute the findings of the 9/11 Commission.

Well judging from the reviews I have read, partisan and non partisan, it is clear that this is the place its suppose to be. Even the shows maker admits they "made stuff up" in the mini series. People who were involved in the real events have pointed out flaws and lies in the mini series "facts".

So it seems that its nothing but a "hatchet" job.

But then agian it is from ABC/Disney.,.. a media organisation that has clearly show its "loyality" to the sitting administration time and time again.

Ever notice how liberals always blame America first unless the problem was caused by DEMOCRATS in America? THEN and ONLY then, are they suddenly able to locate the ACTUAL source of the crime.

Of course Al Queda caused 9/11. But Democrats are every bit as responsible. They made it illegal for the FBI, CIA, and police to discuss terror threats, they let Al Queda attack us with impunity for nearly a decade, they retreated from Bin Laden in Somalia, making Al Queda what they are, and they have opposed each and every national security measure enacted to prevent another 9/11.

This documentary will show the facts, hopefully without the usual liberal media spin.
