How would Biden know what the DOJ was planning to do to keep Trump from taking power again? It's none of his business and if he was part of the
"WE" will make sure, he's overstepped his executive authority. As a sitting president, he had NO power to go after Trump unless he was conspiring with his DOJ. That's the way it reads to me.
