It was just announced that Trump is the target of Smith's probe of 1/6. That means he will be indicted for sedition or insurrection. Both which, if convicted, would keep him out of the WH. This Special Counsel had one purpose -- "get" Trump no matter what logical rules you have to break. This is most likely what Biden is alluding to. It's none of his business and if he was part of the "WE" will make sure, he's overstepped his executive authority.
