If it’s done in a legal way sure. And so? If the Scots want to leave the UK, then they should leave the UK.

I don’t like admitting it but the best black pudding I’ve had is this Irish one...They make it all over Europe, but it originated in Germany centuries ago. In Spain it is also a delicacy.
I like figure.Lol...Scotland has the lowest population density in the U.K...you should have levels of death closer to Norway....they have a few hundred deaths and you have 6000! England also has much greater numbers of people coming in...so obviously we were hit harder initially than Scotland....
But to top it all the numbers in England are inflated...I still know no one who knows anyone that has died from this...even the government numbers of 1 in a thousand dying from it are hardly extreme when you consider the average age of death is 82...so this has been a massive over reaction from progressives around the world.
The whole exporting thing is a misunderstanding of the economy...we are primarily an inward trading country...as shown only 7% of our economy is dependent on the EU...so saying that Scotland exports more per head of population is pretty meaningless if the rest of your local trade is shit...and don’t forget most of your exports come to England.
You are a sucker for statistics and polls.
It's hasn't happened twice previously, when every legal step was taken, now, you have no opinion, we do! And it's not going to be in your interest for a change, it's going to be for the Scottish nation only to decide, how where and when! You lot would know legal if it hit you in the head!If it’s done in a legal way sure.
The man himself, bragging about the lorry parking areas being set aside to cope with the queues of trucks waiting to clear customs! Two of them were Covid testing so=ites and were shut down to make way!
Because the US would have a much lighter touch than the EU as regards internal UK management.
If we can craft agreements with Mexico and Canada we can craft one with the UK.Not even close. USA food hygiene regulations alone would require the UK to dismantle ours, because the US wouldn't meet them. Britain wasn't only involved in EU law and regulation, we drafted much of it, and from memory only twice in forty years did we object/veto a rule's introduction.
We had perhaps the best deal in the EU, with a hand on the controls, and Johnson spaffed it up the wall to save his friends from paying lawful taxes.
Which took 3 years to formalize starting from a free trade agreement already in place. Whereas a US/UK one is effectively starting from scratch. If we can craft agreements with Mexico and Canada we can craft one with the UK.
I think you would be surprised by how much has already been done, and how much can be built out from other agreements. The people who do this for a living are quite agile.Which took 3 years to formalize starting from a free trade agreement already in place. Whereas a US/UK one is effectively starting from scratch.
Honestly guv, it wasn’t me. My ancestry is Irish and English...apparently may father’s side looked like pikeys...we can all whine about the past to excuse our prejudices...ho-hum.I like figure.
Did you know during the first lot of clearances 240,000 Scottish men women and children were sold into slavery, along with the Irish, well those that didn't starve to death, in Scotland but mostly Ireland, during there forced starvation, want a link?
In the early 19th century there were over a million people in the Highlands of Scotland, but with the creation of estates, the further clearances, there are after 120 years, less than 300,000 living in the highlands!
If you would like to know where these people are, you can look at the war memorials where there were villages. Every where you look through out the Highlands. An on going genocide, and you wonder why?
If we can craft agreements with Mexico and Canada we can craft one with the UK.
Lol...should English people in Scotland get a vote...what about Scots in England? It's hasn't happened twice previously, when every legal step was taken, now, you have no opinion, we do! And it's not going to be in your interest for a change, it's going to be for the Scottish nation only to decide, how where and when! You lot would know legal if it hit you in the head!
Your basic error is to assume exports are the bulk of our economy...I think they’re about 15 percent of it...so we ain’t hostages to exports in the way countries like Germany are.Sure we can. They're a captive market.
Should be fun.
What a silly question, English people Polish people, Irish people, if they live in .Scotland for a period, they of course get a vote! This isn't England.Lol...should English people in Scotland get a vote...what about Scots in England?
Your basic error is to assume exports are the bulk of our economy...I think they’re about 15 percent of it...so we ain’t hostages to exports in the way countries like Germany are.
The world benefits from sensible trade deals...notice how many hurdles leftists try to create to block them...says much about the ****s.
With trade both sides take advantage of the situation...that’s the ****ing point. What part of American history tells you that we won't take advantage of the situation?
Hell, we billed you for our help in world war two.
With trade both sides take advantage of the situation...that’s the ****ing point.
Quite relaxed mate...China owns most of the U.K. already so...Well, then, grit your teeth.
Sense and English should never be in the same sentence! Pray tell, your biggest market, Europe, you have kicked into touch, and I said four years ago, there will be no deal! The world benefits from sensible trade deals...notice how many hurdles leftists try to create to block them...says much about the ****s.
Well, then, grit your teeth.
As I said, I expect a win-win.Sure we can. They're a captive market.
Should be fun.
As I said, I expect a win-win.
I guess we'll find out in a few weeks.
Personally, I think we're going to take them to the cleaners.
