Former Fox News contributor Ann Coulter took aim at Gov. Tim Walz’s (D-MN) 17-year-old son, Gus, for crying while his father spoke at the DNC on Wednesday night.
Gus stood up and began pointing at his father as he spoke last night, appearing to shout “that’s my dad” as he sobbed through his words.

“Hope, Gus and Gwen–you are my entire world, and I love you,” Walz responded from the podium.

Gus has a non-verbal learning disorder, according to the Walz family.

“It took time, but what became so immediately clear to us was that Gus’ condition is not a setback—it’s his secret power,” they told People Magazine in a statement.

The moment was latched onto by the right online, with Coulter writing “Talk about weird…” in a post on X Thursday. The Harris-Walz campaign has successfully been using the ‘weird’ description to describe Donald Trump and JD Vance.

However, she appeared to quickly delete the post after social media erupted with anger. (In case you missed it, we screenshotted it.)

Her comment immediately drew criticism online with people hitting back at Coulter for her tweet.
 
This is what the magas call "classy" I guess. If they're not taking aim at your sexuality not conforming to their standards, they'll just attack your learning disability or physical handicap instead. But, call a felon a felon, and then you are really "nasty".
 
Rage bait. And look at us, giving her attention for being hateful. What percentage of modern political media is generated just with the rage-bait/troll-bait nonsense?
Hate has been monetized, and it sells...sadly.

Of course attacking children should be a no-no. The left should rightfully complain. I wish they were as concerned when the shoe is on the other foot.

What a classless bitch. She's a disgusting excuse for a woman. I knew nothing of Gus' story, but now that I know, it makes her remarks so much more reprehensible. SHAME on this dispicable troll.
 
She thinks it is “weird” because she is a clinical psychopath with the inability to experience normal human emotions and connections. Perhaps we should be going easy on her for her disability.
