[W: 542] Non gun owners have smaller members according to this study?

You've shown no relevance that was missed.

Does your own country allow for the use of lethal force in self defense, despite your insistence that only America has "a right to kill"?

Why, yes it does.
Of course I did, In bold and bigger font even.
No, it does not. And cherry picking one sentence does not make it so.

He attacks others

Then when you show him to be wrong, he'll either go off on a tangent or backtrack on what he said and lie that he said it in the first place.
As I said, he is not here to debate with any honesty. His only concern is to obfuscate in the hope he can stall any conversations and thus halt any changes.
It really is a waste of anyone time to deal with him. But on the other hand he is not a challenge just an amusement. Someone easily painted into a corner where he has no choice but to do his dishonest debate tactics such as the cherry picking he is trying at the moment.
he is good for a few posts or until he bores me , that is all.

You and @soylentgreen certainly do love to discuss me without providing any evidence of your conclusions.
You mean in the same way you make the emotional fallacy of claiming I must hate america only because you lack the ability to argue your case.
The evidence is there in your posts for anyone to see.

He just answers, regardless of his post's content
It's as if he thinks honor requires it from him

Just look at the number of times he posts responses devoid of any substance, to my posts.

Nevertheless, the topic is not about him nor how poorly he does. We should be aware of his tactics but not make them the topic. Simply just amuse yourself with him as I do until he bores you. Leave him with the pitiful last word so he doesn't get to feel to bad and move on.

^^^^^The guy who has insisted we only discuss one word^^^^^

😆

Maybe you have another explanation for so often immediately steering yourself into rants about Americans and their government upon being refuted in your assertions.

But if so, you've never given us that explanation.

"Let’s not talk about him", he said in a post wholly devoted to talking about him.

Of course I have just that you have no rebuttal to it so can only try stalling the conversation by repeating a cherry picked sentence.
Many a time i have pointed out that the gun is not the problem, it is americans attitude towards guns that is the problem.

True, I would prefer the conversation was not about you. because your not worth the time wasted. however I will point out to him why you are such a waste of time.
With the hope that you also read the comments and try and mend your ways.
You are a road block with nothing to offer but the dishonesty of someone wanting only to stop any conversation about guns.

Back to those damn Americans and their attitudes.

^^^Continues to talk about me despite stating an aversion to doing so^^^

So where we are, is that both New Zealand and America provide for legitimate use of lethal force in self defense.

And at least one poster is really riled by that, having earlier argued America was alone in that of all countries.

Maybe it's only America and New Zealand?

When have you shown him or anyone else to be wrong? Was it in one of your post, delete and reposts? 😂

😂😂😂😂😂😂

Like you posting, deleting and posting again?😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

You're going to lie about that? Shall I retrieve the post where you said to focus on one word?
How pathetic that attempt to lie is. I did not ask to discuss one word I pointed out that that word was the relevant part not the part you pointed to which I easily shot down and started you on your rant about hating america.

And again cherry picking out one sentence and desperetly trying to ignore the rest does not make your case. The link also stated that nz does not want an americanised type of gun laws.

Where is this right codified? If you refer to self defense, your country has the exact same “right” to kill.
Point out where the words self defense appear in the constitution. How sad that a foreigner has to teach an american about their own constitution.
The Ninth Amendment states that the list of rights enumerated in the Constitution is not exhaustive, and that the people retain all rights not enumerated.
And no the difference is we do not have anyone encouraging the "cold dead hands " bullshit or the right to be a vigilante.
As I keep pointing out the law is not the problem it is the attitude of americans that they have aright to kill.

So you can’t show where there is a right to kill. Thank you.

Why do you keep arguing this point, when you’ve been shown that NZ and the US have very similar lethal force laws?

So the best you can do is ignore what your constitution actually does say.
Why do people like you keep ignoring everything but the cherry picked sentence that agrees with you?

Why do you insist on ignoring your own constitution?
So you cannot show me where there is a right to self defense is written in your constitution.

Of course we do not. There is no right to kill here.

I’m not. I’m refuting your position by pointing out both NZ and US have similar lethal force laws regarding self defense.

You’ve been proven wrong on this point, repeatedly. You should probably put the shovel down now.

You pointed out a single word and said that was relevant. Of course, you didn't explain how it was the only relevant part of my reference, and of course choosing to focus on a single word isn't cherry picking.
And again cherry picking out one sentence and desperetly trying to ignore the rest does not make your case. The link also stated that nz does not want an americanised type of gun laws.

One sentence is cherry picking and one word isn't.

Why don't you want to talk about how New Zealand allows that using lethal force can be justified in self defense?

Why do you insist on ignoring your own constitution?
So you cannot show me where there is a right to self defense is written in your constitution.

Of course we do not. There is no right to kill here.

You can use lethal force in self defense. Just like America. It seems to upset you. Maybe it's because you lied and said that America was the only country like that.
