[W:423] ACLU calls for tampons in men's rooms in order to achieve 'menstrual equity'

This has all been countered by others, including me. There is no special tax for being women

And my counter argument was many pages ago. Another thing that you missed or were incapable of comprehending.

Sales tax does not target women.
You have not countered anything.

If sales targets women then it would be unconstitutional. Since sales taxes have been deemed legal you as usual are wrong.

Again it is not me that has an issue in understanding.

Can you show me tampon tax I have never heard of it.

Tampon tax - Wikipedia

""Tampon tax" is a popular term used to call attention to the fact that tampons—and other feminine hygiene products—are subject to value-added tax or sales tax, unlike the tax exemption status granted to other products considered basic necessities. Proponents of tax exemption argue that tampons, sanitary napkins, menstrual cups and comparable products constitute basic, unavoidable necessities for women and thus should be made tax exempt."

I think it's time to confirm that the headline is false.

ACLU wants to do away with tampon tax. That's all there is to it. They aren't calling for tampons in men's bathrooms.

Can you show me this tampon tax. I have never heard of it.

Men don't need tampons.

Some do. Some trans men have for whatever reason chosen to keep their original genitals. It's their choice.

So there is no law that targets tampons.
What you are referring to is sales taxes.

Sales taxes do not target tampons but all products used by both men and women.

Wut? No. The number of trans men who might need an emergency tampon does not justify this. So stupid.

You take on the persona of a woman and then want deny trans men access to tampons? That's rather sexist of you.

They want to EXEMPT tax on tampons.

I'm sorry you think transmen are incapable of providing for themselves without the benevolence of Government, you find them to be helpless.

You're lucky to have a government that tolerates you.

You're lucky to have a government that tolerates you.

I can't roll my eyes harder at you. I don't need the government to "tolerate" me, nor do Tranmen need government to force everyone to put tampon machines in mens restrooms.

I thought that was settled. Nobody is calling for tampons in mens bathrooms. ACLU wants tax exemption on tampon and others.

LMAO, my posts only targeted your ridiculous claims that focused continually on men menstruating. You demonstrated no understanding of the issue until prodded and embarrassed, when you finally made the effort to read the article.

And I discussed $$ way in the beginning.

I want a million bucks.

The stones said it best. You can't always get what you want.

Most states got what they wanted. And the rest will follow suit.

Yeah, actually you do. If it weren't for the left fighting for your transgender rights....you'd still be dressing like a man and using urinals.

Some do. Some trans men have for whatever reason chosen to keep their original genitals. It's their choice.

No men do not need tampons. Men do not menstruate this is a fact.

Only women need tampons.

Again sales tax targets all products not just tampons.

In any event I guess we can get rid of all sale taxes.
It isn't fair I have to pay sales tax on my glasses. That is discrimination.

I think we can find how taxes are discriminatory in general to everyone.

He knows that.

Do menstruating women who wear man clothes and look like one need tampons?

So women who wear glasses buy them as often as buying tampons? :lamo

Wrong as usual. Their were two issues listed in the OP.

Sorry there is no tax that targets tampons.
No one here can show it too me as I have asked for it.

There is a thing called sales tax that applies to all products that are used by men and women. It is not discriminatory.

He knows that.

Do menstruating women who wear man clothes and look like one need tampons?

That would make them a woman not a man.
See you still seem confused.

They should be prepared then. Men do not need them in their bathrooms.

You blatant dishonest is there for all to see.

Needing glasses is a disability yet I have to pay glasses tax on my glasses for my disability compared to people that don't need them.

I shouldn't have to pay glasses tax.

I am sure you agree.

One more time... women who identify as men and transitioned to male gender are called "transgender men".

Transgender men are not the same as biological men.

Repeat after me:

Transgender men are not the same as biological men.
