The DOJ does not file charges the first day it finds evidence of a crime. It waits until finishing the entire investigation pertinent to that crime.

Strange how Trump's DOJ never seems to prosecute people that Trumpists claim committed crimes. Hell, Sessions could have convened a grand jury re: Hillary if she'd actually done anything wrong. He didn't because he knew she didn't actually do what you lot claimed. For the same reason, Barr won't be prosecuting Strzok for whatever it is you/your source claims he did.

See, there's a problem: you have to convince a jury to convict.

Mueller is well aware of that fact. That is why he indicted Russians who he never planned to come to America to be tried to charge with stealing DNC emails and giving them to Assange. He never proved that allegation but he does not have to prove it if Russians never show up for trial, giving leftist liberals all the room to need for declaring Mueller's unverified speculations and unproven allegations to be proven facts. If one of the Russians ever did show up for trial all Mueller had to do to avoid having to try to prove his allegations would be to drop the charges. Pretty slick on Mueller's part.
