Will Trump Be Convicted In Any Of His Trials?

Many of the counts will go down the tubes but whoever gets one to stick will be a deemed a hero for life.
 
He will be found guilty on all counts in the documents case most, but not, all counts in the DC and GA case and likely aquitted in the NY case.
 
He is facing 91 felony counts. He will easily face convictions that would carry hundreds of years in prison. Trump will go down in history as a criminal that attempted a coup, and his supporters will go down in history as people that knew that and didn't care.

The NY case is a bullshit case, it is a shame it went first. If we start locking up politicians that pay off women they ****ed, we better build more prisons.

I don't think it's bullshit but it sure is small potatoes compared to the rest. It smells the most political to me.

Wasn't that a tax fraud case? I thought he allegedly claimed it as a business expense or something? Either way I was pretty sure he wasn't charged for paying her off, since that's not illegal, but it was some way the money was handled that was illegal.

Unfortunately it only takes one cult member infesting the jury. That’s his only chance imo to avoid conviction.

The problem is that our system appears to be two-tiered. "Just-US" for those who support the idea that law should be applied unequally to those considered "Enemies of Democracy."

It's the hush money payments, a bunch of counts of Falsifying Business Records...normally a misdemeanor, "trumped up" with the allegation that he was covering up another crime, which turns them potentially into felonies.
It seems defensible and kind of petty given the circumstances. No great harm or risk to NY or the Nation, like the other ones IMO.

That's true and we need to be ready for that. However, the facts will be out there and like OJ and Casey Anthony ...... people will know.

I don't know - probably because the candidate leading the rest of Republicans in the GOP race for their party's presidential nomination by most bigly numbers is a corrupt mendacious scumbag under multiple indictments as he slowly loses his marbles?
