Well, if people didn’t get so carried away in partisanship that they openly make terroristic threats against Federal law enforcement and elected officials and commit slander, defamation, and libel then it wouldn’t be necessary to point out. I don’t know what your point is other than maybe you thinking DP should be a cesspit of that unlawful garbage.

As for this thread - it should be moved to the CT subforum.

Can you show an “openly” “terroristic threat”? What, exactly, has been “unlawful”?

Slander, defamation and libel aren’t criminal charges, they would be civil suits. 😂🤷‍♀️

Slander is spoken words. You don't know a thing about it.

You shouldn't be threatening the forum itself or specific members for expressing opinions about news stories.

I can say I believe Trump is a sexual predator. That is protected speech in both our constitutions.

You should learn to control yourself by not posting hot garbage that was debunked almost ten years ago and continuing to promote it after being provided proof of same. At this point you are repeating a serious accusation of a crime knowing that it is absolutely false. And you know what that is.

You’re engaging in defamation and libel. You posted a court filing proven to be false and dismissed almost 10 years ago. You were provided proof of same and continue running with the false accusation.

Wrong. "California case was dropped for failing to state a proper claim under the law it cited."

Does not indicate that the claim was false, just that they didn't do it properly. They didn't cite it correctly. Big difference.

Show one ****ing ruling where it plainly says the 'accusations are false'. Because that is not how it went down at all.
