Paying legal fees for something like this, unless it was a family member or friends is stupid, but I would not say it is bad or good, regardless of sides. I know I am in the minority, but I find true justice to be far too important to be relegated to an us versus them battle to the bottom.

Oh I agree with you on this. With no way to pay for the legal fees, there's more chance of conviction or longer/worse sentences.

I wasn't alive in the 60s but I have never been ok with destruction of personal property. In fact, openly objected to it during the protests in Honduras....throwing rocks, burning things, destroying private property is wrong....I had an entire blog on my objection to it.
