Many conservatives against abortion will claim that being gay is a conscious choice and no one is "born that way." I'm saying if they are correct, why dont all the men not wanting kids just choose to be gay? (I'm wanting to use their own flawed rhetoric against them).
 
There's a great way to mostly avoid all of this......

That's fine of course, but I was leaning more towards people being more responsible. I guess it's too much to ask though. Especially with the strong hook-up culture that permeates our society.
