What we saw at the Capital is how Congress runs a police force and what type of police they hire. Nearly all have been trained in the response of run-away-and-hide, though there were those who instead followed "get out of the way" tactics.

That does deserve investigation.

I have heard several reporters that work at the Capital all the time that they were alarmed at the lack of security presence.

Apparently it was far less than for a Supreme Court nominee vote...

No, I have since learned that the policeman was murdered and that can be the subject of another thread if you care to start one. This topic is about the video showing the murder of an unarmed decorated veteran ("Thank you for your service") by a rogue Capitol policeman.

Because there would have been no way to evacuate 535 people plus their staff, the media and everyone else that was there in the amount of time that they had.

I think we should put the partisanship behind us and figure out why that is. I'm ready to drop it. you are my fellow American even though we don't agree on everything.

They had to know about this, even if it was during a trump rally, I doubt this was just spontaneous

More people died on capital grounds than died in bengahzi...

There were way more terrorists than they had ammunition.

What decorations did she receive while in the service?

Why did she get out of the service as an E4 after 14 years?

The rules at the time she got out was that an E4 had to get out after 8 years due to what we called the "up or out" rule. The fact that she got out after 14 years as an E4 shows that she lost rank prior to getting out....that only happens for disciplinary reasons.
