Vaccines are routinely "tweaked" to make them more effective. It happens every year with influenza. A little bit of knowledge....

If he however would perform an operation on a human being, he would be arrested for operating without a valid medical human license. Fauci is a human trained specialist on human infectious diseases. He would however have no place sticking his arm up a cows behind to pregnancy check a cow, vanden Bossche however would be trained to do that.

And then there is the fact that vanden Bossche is working on another vaccine that however still has many many years before it is ready. Whereas with the covid pandemic we need a vaccine now, not a fantasy one that may in the future work well
