[W: 105] Another Hamas leader killed.

Hamas, it appears, has an inexhaustible supply of 'leaders' Hardly a week goes by without a report of another being killed.
They grow like weeds.
What is not mentioned, nor discussed, is the network of informants needed to precisely locate this or that Hamas individual for a successful assassination. This has to be composed of many individuals who risk their lives to provide information to Israel on who can be found where, and when.

Regards, stay safe 'n well . . . informed.

I you want war to stop in Israel and other places in the Middle East you have to get rid of the terror groups. That's what Israel seems to be doing!
And every time someone tries it, the democrats go insane and bomb those trying to stop the terrorists. Israel is the exception because we have too close of ties, and a larger population of Jewish people than they do.

Just look at 2011. Qaddafi was rooting out the terrorists in his country, and Obama made sure he was snuffed out. Then the terrorists took over.

I'll give you the same response I gave your ideological partner, oneworld, just a few moments ago. It is timely and apropos.

I consider the war in Gaza to be minuscule when you compare it to the devastation and deaths metered out to Ukraine and its people. It has grave implications to global peace in the same way the Gaza war threatens regional peace in the Middle East.
It goes without saying I have more sympathy for what Israel is facing when you consider Hezbollah and Iran with its tens of thousands missiles ready to rain on down on a country of 10 million people working to maintain its existence as a sovereign nation. Don't expect me to pity Palestinians when Israel is far outnumbered in terms of multiple enemies (Houthis, Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, and pro-Iran proxies in Syria and Iraq) surrounding that beleaguered country. Hamas can end the carnage in Gaza anytime it wants by striking a cease fire and hostage deal immediately. And I really don't give a shit about their fight for Palestinian liberation. You continue to shed your crocodile tears for the hapless civilians while Hamas continues to fight within the close proximity of those civilians. All they have to do is disband as a military force and go back to pretending to care for the population they were elected to govern.
I see. Palestine has as much right to self-determination and sovereignty as Israel does. Israel is doing everything in its power to prevent that happening, and has been controlling every aspect of life in the Gaza ghetto for decades. Why would Palestine accept that? Would you? Moreover this "beleaguered" Israel has the most powerful military in the region, is nuclear armed and has unconditional support from America. Israel has nothing to fear from her neighbours, but Netanyahu, a criminal desperate to stay in power, is hell-bent on starting conflicts with Israel's neighbours, knowing he can do whatever he wants with impunity because America won't do much more than wag a stern finger of disapproval, while continuing to arm him.

They don't practice apartheid. They have to regulate the movements of Palestinians to stop incessant terrorist attacks. See the difference? Didn't think so.
What utter rubbish! You may not like it but Palestine has the right, in law, to resist a belligerent occupier. In this case, Israel. That illegal occupation has been in place for decades with full support from a criminal far-right regime, but you're happy to support a nation which has routinely violated every tenet of international law, the laws of occupation and the Geneva conventions since its inception in 1948. Poor little Israel, besieged and victimised for decades. Right?

Fortunately, Israel is good at weed whacking.
Not really. Ask them how well they fared at whacking Hezbollah and why, after almost a year, Hamas are still fighting back against the most powerful military in the region.

Israel is doing fine. Gotta keep on wacking those weeds, lest it keeps growing back.

They've been trying since at least 1967, and failing. You'll never defeat an ideology; another lesson Israel never learned.
And Israel's enemies have been trying and failing since 1948. They don't seem to learn they cannot defeat Israel.

They are largely supportive of Palestine's bid for full statehood recognition, which Israel is brutally suppressing. Netanyahu and his far-right Likud party refuse to recognise Palestine's right to self-determination and have done everything in their power to prevent a two-state deal. Netanyahu even arrogantly bragged, on video, how he deliberately derailed the Oslo peace accords. So don't give us any crap about poor little Israel, surrounded by rabid Jihadis bent on its destruction. That's Israeli propaganda, and Americans bought the bridge that AIPAC built.

Like you're not employing your own propaganda? 🙄
Meanwhile, another Hamas "leader" is killed. Tough to be on the losing side, eh?

What you call my propaganda is what most normal people who understand critical thought, recognise as reality and the truth, and not carefully contrived lies, half-truths and misinformation, attempting to win public sympathy and support. Read my sig.

And from the CIA:

Your propaganda vs another. Meanwhile, Israel continues to hold its own. Sucks to be Hamas. But they brought it on themselves.

Israel has lost all international sympathy, and support is rapidly draining away.

They're still holding their own against an aggressor.

The aggressor is Israel and her decades-long violations of international law. You appear to have no issues supporting a criminal regime. Why is that?
I have no issue with Isreal defending itself. Israel was attacked first since its inception. They should just turn the region into a parking lot and be done with it.

No, it's just the reality on the ground. I'm talking about reducing terrorist attacks, and regulation of movement is how it's done.

Arab Muslims have been trying to kill Jews in earnest since 1921. That was when the only Jews in Palestine were immigrants working plots of land that they had purchased.

Snake, how can you hope to remain a credible poster when you make statements like: "Israel has nothing to fear from her neighbours," ?

Surrounded by Arab countries with 100 million Muslims (plus Iran) favoring Palestinians and Hamas in a war against Israel, and you are critical of Israel's military power in order to survive. Amazing how you can just ignore the real world and peddle blatant misinformation to make your sketchy points.

Here's my opinion:
Palestine, an imaginary country, DOES NOT HAVE as much right to self-determination and sovereignty as Israel does.
It is a territory controlled by Israel and IS NOT A SOVEREIGN NATION.

Argue with the UN who have already awarded Palestine non-member state observer status at the assembly, at which 145 of 193 member nations support Palestine's bid for full statehood recognition. Let me remind you that Israel didn't exist for almost 3000 years, but the Israelis claim some spurious biblical and historic imperative to control all of the area they call Eretz Israel, and the Palestinians are inconveniently in the way. That's as dumb as if Italy decided to reclaim Britain because the Roman empire occupied my country for 400 years, 2000 years ago.

The reality is that Israel is in violation of the laws she agreed to observe and abide by after admittance to the UN. That includes the laws of occupation; the only reason for Hamas' existence, which Israel ignores. No illegal occupation, no reason for Hamas' legal resistance to occupation. Simple as that.
