I don't disagree with that. They took a legal swipe at Trump and he took one back at them. That's fair to say but it's not a 1st amendment violation like some are trying to frame it to be.

The attack on Trump is bizarre to me when you consider how much access Trump gives to the media to begin with and it's on the heels of an administration that gave the press almost no access to the President. The little they had was almost always him making a statement and then leaving without taking any questions. When he did take questions, he called on reporters from a pre-approved list that his staff gave him. Not even a whisper of complaint about that came from the press. Trump disinvites 1 organization who he seems as being rude from attending special events and they frame it as a constitutional crisis. Maybe Trump should taken Bidens approach and ice the press out for the next 4 years.

This kind of dishonesty from them is why people are ignoring them. They have lost credibility and instead of trying to repair it they are doubling down on what got them into trouble with people in the first place.
