Mindless drivel. Lethality means nothing without intent. Someone with intent who slits their wrists and slowly dies is far more dead than me sitting alone in my gun shop with no intent surrounded by 700 guns and thousands of rounds of ammo.

Without intent accessibility means nothing. I have a chambered and holster gun on my hip but no intent. Someone with no gun who has intent goes to the gun shop purchases a gun and waits the 5 days then kills themselves. Again accessibility means nothing without intent.

Regulation of one tool for suicide will simply shift those with intent to a different method.
