He's talking about the RX9 Hellfire missile. It's 'warhead' is said to weigh about 20 pounds and contains no explosive material. It relies upon kinetic energy and 6 blades that deploy just before impact to destroy it's target. The photos of the damage in Kabul don't appear to match up with photos where it had previously been allegedly deployed in that there seems to be a lot more shrapnel and blast damage than in those previous examples. But that could possibly be attributed to the attack occurring within a pretty confined space.
Thank God you posted all those threads snarkily attacking Trump and his military for all the civilian deaths from prior strikes, especially the business about loosening targeting rules.

Also the last most critical stop the vehicle made before heading home the security cameras had been turned off shortly after it arrived at that location and subsequently no one was able to see what was loaded onto it there. There are also a ton of Toyotas in these countries.
