That's not entirely true. Our delegation voted against it.
 
As much as I consider the UN entirely useless these days, the findings line up to what we already know. Israel has engaged in the wholesale killing of just about anyone in Gaza, including leveling property and all things considered starving out whoever is left alive.

The UN has published several reports, had several votes, etc. Hardly matters but reinforces that Israel has committed numerous war crimes.

Your excuse is utterly weak considering the U.S. was under Jim Crow autocracy when the UN was created in the first place.
