Putin is going to get seriously pissed about Ukraine destroying his expensive military assets. Which means of course he will rain more missiles on less protected Ukraine civilian targets in response.

The good news about these attacks being launched inside Russian facilities like this is that Putin will have to divert soldiers to start creating more internal security. That not only depletes their fighting units, but is going to piss off the civilian population as they become confronted by the gestapo style extra security.
