UKIP's treason to be cheerful - The Scotsman

Did anyone else know that technically calling for an end to the monarchy is treasonous under an act of 1848 and punishable by life in prison, this probably counts for calls to end British independence even just because that means ending the monarchy.

Should Gordan Brown and Tony Blair be hung, drawn and quartered?

Note: I screwed up the title, could a mod please change it to UKIP's Treason to be cheerful please. Thanks.

That depends. Will the event be on Pay-Per-View?

Oh PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE.

Hey they could sell tickets to this event, might save them from borrowing 20 Billion Pounds.

Wessexman, do you want to see the royal family gone? If so why, if not why?
I dont want too...they do no harm. They are a symbolic addition to Britains image globally. Im happy to have the Royal family in Britain, even till this day. There role in our countries history is undeniable. I hope they stay always, regardless of Europe's demands.

No I do not want them to go. They are part of the ancient fabric of English society, they are interwoven into our nation's heritage, culture and goverance and an important part of what makes England England and have been for centuries. Also there is no absolutely no need to remove them and little palatable alternative being offered.

Good, we both agree on that then....the EU wants to see them gone though. **** Europe i say.
