UK and France 'in talks' to deploy troops to Ukraine over fears of US removing support

The US establishing 12 CIA bases along Russia's border with Ukraine justifies Putin's SMO and more.

Having bases justified invasion?

Didn't Russia have a base in Sebastopol?

Doesn't Russia have bases in Kalinengrad?

Doesn't Russia have bases near the Baltics?

In a word, yes.

Ukraine has held free elections since 2014...
Ukraine hasn't held any elections since 2019:

"LONDON -- After more than two years of grinding conflict, Ukrainians are increasingly weary of the war with Russia. In Gallup’s latest surveys of Ukraine, conducted in August and October 2024, an average of 52% of Ukrainians would like to see their country negotiate an end to the war as soon as possible. Nearly four in 10 Ukrainians (38%) believe their country should keep fighting until victory."

Ukrainian Constitution.....

And? Moscow proxy Chechen forces were trained by Russia.
Chechnya is a member of the Russian Federation, so why wouldn't Chechens feel obligated to destroy the forces of a hostile military alliance on their border with Ukraine?

Zelenskyy and his Servant of the People Party (SOTP) demolished Petro Poroshenko and all others in the 2019 elections
Zelensky's election in 2019 was due to one of the most corrupt oligarchs in Ukraine funding a TV show, Servant of the People, where the actor Zelensky poses as a scrupulously honest history teacher who become president by accident.

Life imitates art except for the millions of dead, maimed, and displaced Ukrainians since Ukraine's last election.

Who won the election overwhelmingly?

You want to bitch about land reform programs? Guess what Russians are doing to get rich in Russian-occupied areas of Ukraine when the residents of those areas have either fled or been killed.
Russia was provoked by a US-sponsored coup in Ukraine in 2014. There are millions of Ukrainians currently living in Russian occupied areas who would not be in those conditions absent that American attempt at regime change in Moscow.

Ukraine INTERNAL ISSUES are not a justification for RUSSIAN INVASION.

And RUSSIAN backed Separatists are the reason for Donbass issues.

Big deal.

Iran's ability to be threatening has gone down the shitter in the last couple years. 2 of their proxies have been pulverized, another one in Yemen keeps getting pummeled & they lost big in Syria.
Israel's geopolitical Ponzi scheme will be destroyed if it's foolish enough to launch a major strike at Iran.

Only if you don't count the hundreds of thousands of dead Ukrainians many of whom were trained by NATO.

The majority of Ukrainian forces weren't trained by NATO.

Europe has invaded Russia several times through Ukraine

[Citation needed]
, but I'm unaware of any European aggression through Finland. When you factor in the rise of BRICS since 2022, it won't be surprising if Russia outlives NATO.

This is almost fanfiction level writing.

When was the last time Russia invaded the US or installed a puppet government on American borders?
There was the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis that came within a hairsbreadth of nuking the world until the Kremlin backed down and off.

Khruschev made a huge error to think US missiles in its NATO ally Turkey meant the Soviet Union could place offensive missiles in Cuba. There's been nothing since.

Indeed and as Bismarck said, "Never have a fight with Russia. On your every strategy they answer with unpredictable stupidity."

Alas, Your Eternal Russia.

If there' is no there there, why are you wasting my time posting your sophomoric tripe?
Alas your post is a presumptive complex question fallacy.

Which makes it the definitive thesis of a sophomore. Posted on Sophomore Wasted Time or SWT. Not all is lost however because in March you get to spring ahead.

The long and the short of it is that there is no there there in your post. Therefore.....

Point out any recent Ukrainian advances (if you can)

You need to ask me politely.

Putin is a loser on several fronts beyond Ukraine to include the rubble, the sanctioned banks, the blown up $21bn Nord Stream Serpent Pipelines in the Baltic, India and China have no more capacity to keep buying Russian gas and oil, the Brics global currency comes from Parker Bros. and so much more I'll pass on sitting here for the next 30 minutes listing the whole of the mess Putin's made of Russia.

Soviet missiles entered Cuba to prevent another US-instigated invasion of Cuba like the one that took place in August of 1961, and those US missiles in Turkey were removed; although, Americans were not told about that condition at the time of the conflict.

Israel already made multiple strikes on Iran.
To what effect?

How much damage did those strikes inflict on Iran's nuclear weapons development?

https://english.almayadeen.net/articles/analysis/the-management-of-dilemma

"The fourth reality is that Iran’s nuclear programme is untouchable, tucked away, deep within mountain interiors.

"Former Israeli PM Ehud Barak wrote explicitly in July 2022 in Time Magazine: Iran is a threshold nuclear state – and there is nothing that 'Israel' can do about it. Get used to it, Barak advised: 'It’s time to face reality'"

You've offered ad hominem opinions to that effect without refuting any specific context.

Your "sources" writ large are well known conspiracy sources.

I'll continue to expose them as such.

So, yes.

Israel already made multiple strikes on Iran.

"On 26 October 2024, Israel launched three waves of strikes against 20 locations in Iran and other locations in Iraq, and Syria, codenamed Operation Days of Repentance[10] (Hebrew: מבצע ימי תשובה) by Israel. It was the largest attack on Iran since the Iran–Iraq War.[11][12] Israel said the strikes were launched in response to the Iranian strikes against Israel earlier that month."

I expect him to lead his people.

Assad accepted Russian help. And fell anyway.
Assad accepted Russian intervention in September of 2015; however, over the past few years he may have been persuaded to reject Russian and Iranian help and turn instead to the Gulf Arab states in hopes of removing the sanctions strangling his economy.

If so, he obviously miscalculated.
