Two more Deep State fired

She's a conspiracy nutter and a podcast host. Not everyone with a Twitter account is a "journalist".

blah, blah...

There you go...attack the messenger. Next thing you know, you'll be attacking me.

Any tactic to avoid consideration of the truth, right?

Bye.

Again, it's not about "objections". It's about "actions". These two are leakers and they have no place in the government, regardless of who is in charge of the executive branch.
So Bondi tells you. And you fall for it hook, line and sinker.

The perfect loyal soldier you are.

One can lead a horse to water,...well, you know the rest, eh?

shrug...

You can "accept" anything you want.

Quit pretending that Trump has some sort of exclusivity of truth. There is too much evidence to the contrary, which leads me to "One can lead a horse to water,...well, you know the rest, eh?"

When the messenger is a demonstrated liar, and is relying on anonymous "sources" - it's wholly reasonable.

I have a perfectly reasonable non-rhetorical answer: She doesn't work for the Trump hating media and, as is contrary to the case of Ken Dilanian, she isn't a recipient of the leaks from the two attorneys who got fired.
No, she's just a member of Trump loving media, who constantly puts out false conspiracy theories. But that is typical of the sources you prefer, such as Gateway Pundit and the Conservative Treehouse.

LOL!!

You, and your ilk, have just proven my point about "the messenger".

Garbage media reporter Ken Dilanian, who works for MSNBC, claims they were fired for "objecting" to the prosecution of Letitia James:

Garbage media reporter Kyle Cheney, who works for Politico, says they were "resisting" the indictment.

Independent journalist Julie Kelly tells the truth without any spin.

Good. Two more members of the Trump hating Deep State just got tossed from the government. Slowly, but surely, Trump is draining the Swamp.

You support fascism.

More "garbage sources", but hey, don't attack the messengers!

shrug...

When they echo the spin (as ABC does here) instead of reporting the facts, yes...they are garbage media.

Being terminated for disobeying an unlawful order is an affirmative action for civil redress.

If Comey is found to have no prima facie case against him and the court orders the case dismissed on those grounds than two things are possible and I hope they both happen.

1) Comey sues for malicious prosecution. He then uses his civil suit subpoena power given a plaintiff to establish their case to dig though all of Trump's crap exposing his corruption; past and present.

2) These federal prosecutors will file suit for wrongful termination and, separately, hostile workplace cases. Getting treble real damages in the process for the first and any pain and suffering the jury feels is appropriate for the second. Then, should they win, I hope they get their full pensions for stress disorder separation in good standing from the job.

One thing about us "deep staters", we know the system backwards and forwards. The best of us, knowing what we know, operate well within its parameters and are ever mindful of documenting EVERYTHING, in triplicate. Further we know our hack political bosses are NOT knowledgeable of the system and frequently screw the pooch. When they are good bosses we cover their arses. When they are bad bosses we give them enough rope to hang themselves.

These Trump idiots won't need much rope. They are doing a grand job of pooch screwing.

The folks on the right keep falling for these undefined words and phrases.
Why?
These are deliberately used so that they can mean anything. Therefore, they mean nothing. They are simply there to manipulate the weak minded. They are made in order to rally the gullible, and incite the fearful.

When did so many US citizens become so stupid?

.
when the RW media was able to start lying with impunity.

Yes, but - people should be much smarter about listening.
1/2 the country is below average intelligence.
I listen to RW am radio sometimes when driving. They are very good with twisting several unrelated things into a cohesive web of lies making the point they want. If the listener only hears them and Fox news they would be prone to believe the stories that they have fabricated. Another common tactic is they play to the audiences vanity by telling them how smart they are for listening to them and not the Mainstream media. It's actually funny to listen to until you realize that most of the audience believes it.

Any show that needs to call out they are the truth in the intro is a RW spin machine.

I don't understand this fascination on the right with equating "leakers" with swamp creatures. Transparency in government isn't a thing unless we demand and encourage it. We have the Freedom of the Press and investigative journalism for a reason. If all the press does it report the official line from the government, what use is it?

This just reads as "snitches get stitches" to me. More mafia than a government of the people and for the people. I want more transparency from every administration, not less, and this includes "leakers."

People who are trying to hide what they are doing hate "leakers". Because "leakers" are often truth tellers.

Garbage thread is garbage.

So what?

Even in the business world, not all firings are based on merit. Often they are based, as these two are, on the actions of those being fired.
In the legal world, decisions are made using facts and law. Trump does neither. That's the point. You support a criminal.

So, you discern truth based on loyalty rather than facts. This is what makes it a cult.

I did the same during my work commutes.

Your post is spot on.

Transparency in government is a good thing...mostly. We want our government officials to be open and honest. But, transparency must be tempered with considerations of security. For example, if the Trump administration was totally transparent about their actions concerning the Gaza ceasefire, the ceasefire would have never happened because the other parties would know what the Trump administration's actions would be before they happened. Do you agree that total transparency would have been a bad thing regarding the Gaza ceasefire?

And there is another consideration that applies to this particular event with these two attorneys: Their motivation. We know these two attorneys disagree with the US Attorney's case against James. If they leak information to the media that can be used to disrupt that case...well, as government employees that's a VERY bad thing and it cannot be allowed to happen. Hence...they got fired for it.
