Twitter bans President Trump permanently

It shows who really hates freedom of speach
 
He’s gotta be on suicide watch.

The media should refuse to televise any video he want to put out. Treat him like the fan who runs out onto the field.

I agree as far as that goes.

The problem is that Twitter and FB are the facto public square and what Twitter has done does suppress free speech even if it is legal.

You cannot have a free society without free speech. We need to think long and hard about how we protect free speech in a world where the private sector has such a public function.

Yeah, Parler. But Apple is about to ban Parler too.

Trump won't take his own life, but this is certainly the most serious consequence he has ever suffered through his miserable, pampered life.
 
If Trump continues to get kicked to the curb at this pace the only memory of him will be the hundreds of thousands dead from Coronavirus!
 
Apple says it may remove the Parler app from the App store.

Yeah, the "public square" nonsense is a bs argument... You might be able to classify the internet as a public square but certainly not web sites... Donald is free to speak on any number of sites...
 
hell, the Hannity messageboard mods banned a TON of us from their messageboard. and all i did (when i got banned) was laugh and gloat that Biden won.

Trump got WAY more leeway than i got.
