Trump's TV Judge Pirro is failing.

Dude. You basically proved your ignorance of Washington, DC jury politicization. Remember, DC juries refused to convict Obama officials who manufactured the Russian collusion hoax for political reasons. Democrats and their media toadies gleefully denounced Trump appointed Special Counsel Durham as incompetent. Only recently when the long suppressed annex to the Durham report was made public did we see the truth.
Annnnndddddddd...

You did it again.

Wow

False assumption the DC grand jury would reach a conclusion based on the law. Instead, they preferred mob rule to the rule of law.

They rejected calling something felony assault that didn’t qualify as such. The prosecution brought an exaggerated charge that didn’t fit the legal definition. It is on them for bringing weak evidence not based on the actual law trying to act tough. This will happen to any prosecutor who does this anywhere in the country.

Not true.

The J6 senior prosecutor his shock and awe policy charging peaceful tourists who walked through open doors into the Capitol. They were so "violent" the rope lines restrained them. Nonetheless the zealot prosecutor overcharged them with felonies the DC grand juries acted as a pep squad issuing indictments as instructed. After all, the law and even restraint is secondary to Orange Man Bad.

Let those impotent tears of rage flow through you.

It is true. That action did not amount to a felony offense, by the what written law states.

On Jan 6 people destroyed property and broke into doors and windows. There were no peaceful tourists entering the Capitol. Peaceful tourists are let in by guides who show them around on a schedule. The also attacked the DC police violently. There was much violent and destructive actions by the Jan 6 rioters. The indictments were valid.

It's amazing the view you have of the way we are governed from 9,762 miles away. Or to make it easier for you: that's 15,710 kilometers.
I look at Australia and all I can see are koalas, kangaroos, and some of the biggest, hairiest insects in the entire world. And every once in a while a few aborigines trying to eke out an existence in a big country.
Be sure to wear high boots when you visit the Outback.
What a stupid post.
Seriously stupid.

Why do you say shit that is so hilariously and demonstrably untrue?

Typical Democrat political rationalization of an individual violently assaulting a police officer. Before throwing whatever he happened to have in his hand with as much force as he could muster then fleeing, showing he understood his guilt, he loudly berated them demonstrating intent. But you want to endorse a lawyer attacking the police.

Your comment demonstrates the collectivism of the Left. For political opponents cases are considered as a group, not as individuals as the rule of law requires.

Nothing Democrat political about the text of the law. If something doesn’t reach the level of a felony offense, it just doesn’t. That is how it works when you screw up and try to reach too far in prosecuting a case.

This is your second comment claiming knowledge of a law you don't quote. In addition you criticize the prosecutor for overreach despite the history of DC juries joining the resistance.

Your side has ZERO room to talk about rule of law. Your side does not follow the law and does not respect the constitution.

Those charges were bullshit and were treated as such.

Dumpletits and his ass-kissing goons lost.
