Trumps holidays .. 3 so far in 3 weeks.[W:23]

They are costing at least 3 million a weekend, if not considerably more since I have no doubt that the fuhrer is forcing the Federal Government to rent themselves into his "Winter White House"..

At least this weekend he had his wife with him, so there was a bit of cost cutting there in the half a billion dollar security bill that is expected if she stays in New York for 4 years..

Where is the GOP over this clearly frivolous spending? hypocrites..

Trump just fired his advisor for lying about communications with Russia. We should focus 100% on questions like that rather than waste our time on the myriad of hypocrisy going on. IMHO.

So every time he spends the weekend at Mar-a-Lago, even when he's hosting the Japanese Prime Minister, you're going to be complaining that Trump is taking another vacation.

Yes, we get that you don't like the guy.

In any case, he sure gets a lot done, even with weekends off. (And I doubt that he's just cooling his heels there; probably gets a lot done for the people.)

I have a lot of salaried managers that indirectly answer to me.


You know what I tell them? I could give 2 mouse farts for how many hours they work. If they want to grind out 90 hours a week, or only put in 30, I don't care. What matters are results. If the 30 hour guy gets me the results I want, well damn but if he take a vacation every week. I don't care.


Why should a president...or any other job, be any different?

Exactly. People on both the left and the right seem somehow attached to this outmoded concept of "working hard". If people in the QA department wanna work from 7pm to 2am every day who cares? That's when the work gets done for them.

The Flynn resignation is an embarrassment, but Obama had his failed appointments, often tinged with scandal: “There’s Chas Freeman, Sanjay Gupta, Annette Nazareth, Tom Daschle, Bill Richardson, Nancy Killefer — who am I leaving out? And there are still problems with Adolfo Carrion. But at least Ron Kirk made it through despite his tax problems. . . . Oh, yeah. Judd Gregg. Oh the ol' Obama did it excuse. Don't know how many were talking sanctions to foreign leaders while civilians, but it's good to see your side has no integrity.
