What's a billion dollars anyway when you can upset the Liberals and feed your massive insecurities. It's exactly the kind of moronic garbage that the MAGA base gets their kicks from. After all, it's not like we could use the money to help needy or hungry children or anything like that.
Trump says that billion isn't a lot of money and he is right. Trump has made that much in six months selling White House access and pardons.

Trump should have renamed it the Department of Waste, Fraud, Abuse, and Corruption. That would have been even MORE honest.
