WASHINGTON — A federal appeals court on Friday handed another loss to the Trump campaign’s effort to undo President-elect Joe Biden’s win in Pennsylvania, with a judge — one of Trump’s nominees — writing that the campaign’s “claims have no merit.”

In a 3-0 decision, the US Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit rejected the campaign’s effort to get a do-over of its lawsuit challenging the election results in Pennsylvania, which a lower court had already tossed out last week.

This does not bode well for the case being heard Monday from a PA congressman hoping to overturn the election on the basis that PA legislature passed the entire vote by mail bill "unconstitutionally." But it already had a zero chance of going anywhere.

Ah, but you fail to see the sheer genius of Trump's legal maneuvering. What does he have now, 30-35 cases to be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court? All it takes is one case to turn the entire election result around. Those supremes owe him big time and now it's payback time. They proclaim him president-AGAIN! and all is right in Trump World.
