Trump's aggressive immigration crackdown is getting ICE agents hurt

Fair enough.

I'd submit that Democrats and some reasonable Republicans, including the once-reasonable Marco Rubio, were working together to come up with some bipartisan agreement on how to reform immigration, how to handle those already here (especially those brought over as kids), and other concerns, and at every turn, MAGA and before that Tea Party (proto-MAGA) tanked those efforts.

The quicker a problem is identified and adequate effort made to resolve it, the easier it is to resolve.

Ahh, yes, the left's ever present 'anonymous sources' once again. Basically a sock puppet for the author to give the appearance of validity.

Check your facts and your timeline.
  1. ICE was enforcing existing immigration laws has they have been.
  2. Democrats and other from the left ginned up fauxrage and agitprop from the left stirred people into action with their inflamed and inflaming rhetoric
  3. The agitated people doxed ICE agents putting not only those agents at risk, both the families of those agents at risk
  4. Leftist sympathetic leakers made public insider information as to scheduled ICE enforcement actions
  5. The agitated people rioted and physical assaults on ICE agents during the course of executing their duties.
Each step it has been the left which has escalated the situations, not ICE, who are responding in self defense to those escalations.

And what ICE agents have been hurt? Where is the evidence that real ICE agents have actually been hurt?

It's probably more likely they're doing it so that nobody can identify them on social media and dox them. They have qualified immunity, so unless one can prove they're acting against agency policy or not following their training and instructions, they're pretty much immune from criminal prosecution and individually immune from civil prosecution as well. The agency can be sued, of course.

And Americans haven't even BECOME an insurgency yet but mark my words, if this continues, they will, not because illegal immigrants, but because ICE is targeting anyone they want and clearly don't even CARE if someone has a Green Card, or is even a citizen. They are going full rogue, and it's becoming obvious to more than a few that a lot of these "agents" are really just Proud Boys and Oath Keepers.
If America does become a full blown insurgency, it will be the largest, angriest and most well armed insurgency in history and no amount of shock and awe will crush it or displace it.
