I think the POTUS has an image problem. He wants to use his executive authority to punish anyone who doesn't say the nice, nice about him. Scary that we have such an insecure and fragile ego in charge.

Without question he is. And we have a rubber-stamp Congress and an Extreme Court that will let him do whatever he wants.

He is everything the political left said about him a year ago, and amazingly much worse than even they imagined.
 
The corrupt Democrat Party illegally used our own government agencies (FBI, CIA, DOJ) to attempt to frame Trump with their crazy Russian Collusion Conspiracy.
Then they had two bogus impeachments.
Then one of the Left Wing wackos shot Trump in Butler PA.
Left Wing hate and violence is a threat to our country.

That's another frightening aspect of his position, that the SCOTUS and Congress are basically cow towing to his every whim.

Yes, because conservatives would be so passive and easy going if a Dem President decided to revoke the 2nd amendment or put loads of republican voters in jail for not liking the the president.

Yep, they would coffee mornings and may fire off the odd strongly worded letter to the local paper but otherwise they would be quiete as a church mouse and ultra meek.

And the Trump inspired assault on the Capitol, his invitation to Putin to get involved in the election, his trusting Putin’s word over US intelligence obviously had nothing to do with those witch hunts.

Trump was guilty of the Russian "collusion", and for trying to bribe Ukraine to investigate Biden, and for inciting a mob to attack the capitol. The guy who took a shot at Trump in Butler was a registered Republican.
Right wing stupidity and gullibility is a threat to our country.
