"Vincent Scardina supported Donald Trump’s tough stance on immigration at the ballot box. But that decision came back to bite the roofing boss when ICE detained a third of his workforce. The six men, all from Nicaragua, were pulled over in a work truck on May 27 while heading to a job—and carted off to jail. According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, deputies helped transport the men to a local detention facility “for deportation.”

Scardina, who runs a small roofing business in Florida’s Lower Keys, cannot believe it. “It’s quite a shock. You get to know these guys, you become their friends—not just an employer but a friend,” he told NBC6, visibly emotional.

...Adding to Scardina’s annoyance, the men had valid work permits and pending asylum applications, according to their attorney Regilucia Smith. “They are legally here,” she said. “Valid work permit, not even close to expired… again, no criminal records—not here, not in Nicaragua.”"

This inhumane mass deportation policy is tearing us apart. Its why we have it. Basically, state terrorism.

TWHTM is the name of the game. He voted thinking "That won't happen to me" and that is because this morose mother****er wanted it to happen to all of the other Nicaraguan roofers.
The fact that the possibility of this happening never crossed his mind, is too hilarious for words. Bro, done ****ed the **** around and found the **** out.

I think it is important to note that millions of these migrants are not "illegal". The American government, Trump's first government included, have granted temporary asylum to millions. Pending there final hearings they have "legal" status and legal work permits. That's who ICE is rounding up in order to meet their quotas....low hanging fruit.

So when their costs go up having to pay "legal" wages, America will become less competitive and business will have to find other ways to stay open.

All the while 'free trade' has whole countries with nothing BUT cheap labor.

Watch now, in a few months you are going to see huge unemployment stats to go along with the Trump-caused inflation.....

I'd rate that a success for anyone seeking to destroy Amerika

Be honest, these were folks who burglarized homes by disguising themselves as roofers. They get on the roof, cut through it, drop in, tie up the residents, threaten their lives if they talk and then rob them blind. We all know the truth.

“It’s quite a shock.”

Sigh…these people of the, leopards eating my face party, are frustrating.

None of it should be a shock or surprising.

It’s all on them, they’re why it’s happening.

Organize with workers of all stripes.

What else would their attorney say? "Oh, well yeah, they are illegal and have long criminal records but Joe said they should come so they came and that make's it alright."
I hope you continue to follow this story and let us know when they get to court and present their papers.

He's a trump supporter?

Damn. Why didn't they arrest him too for hiring illegals? They really need to go after these employers.

There you go, refusing again to do the grunt work and relying on other people to do it. Why don't you follow up yourself?

LOL right, easier for you to believe everyone the Felon deports is a criminal despite ALL evidence to the contrary, than to admit he is wrong on anything.

Bro could drop a turd on your face and you'd tell him it smells like cologne.

Now that he's letting hotel workers and farm workers stay, what's the point?

The crazy thing is that I totally believe you...

Oh wait.

I'm not sure it's fair to criticize the guy because the workers had valid work permits and pending asylum applications.

But he and all other voters unhappy about crap likethis should have known it was coming.

Sure they did - the insurrectionist left wouldn't blatantly lie - much.

But he and all other voters unhappy about crap likethis should have known it was coming.

Especially since Trump has higher general approval now than he did at the time of the election.

I mean, Stalinists wouldn't be so desperate that they would lie about some sort of remorse that no one has, would they?

Well, democrats are pathetic and their failed party is sliding into complete irrelevance - so the desperation is well founded.
