Trump can coherently alienate an entire ethnic demographic, an entire race, an entire religion and the entire political organization he needs to get him elected, all without a teleprompter. Which is why he's now using a teleprompter. If that's a "win" in your book, then congratulations I guess.

SALT LAKE CITY — If Donald Trump becomes the Republican Party's nominee, Utahns would vote for a Democrat for president in November for the first time in more than 50 years, according to a new Deseret News/KSL poll.
No, since anybody who would criticize Obama for using a teleprompter was always an irrational partisan hack to begin with.
I'll make it really simple for you, perhaps you'll catch on.
Being able to deliver a message (whatever it may be) without a teleprompter vs. unable to deliver a message without a teleprompter.
Simple. Factual. Accurate. If that in your mind is partisan, I guess it must be because of your partisan colored glasses you are viewing it with.

Isnt this issue a bit like Bernie Sanders talking **** about big $$$s in the political process, all the while he is accepting funding from big $$$ PACs because it is the way it is, level playing field, and all that stuff?
I think the reason why Obama gets such a bad rap for speaking without a teleprompter is obvious.
Come on, man. That was almost a year ago. He has probably changed his opinion on the subject a dozen times since then.
Nice Propaganda try,,,,The difference is Obama and Hillary cant put 2 words together without a teleprompter. Trump just uses it when he has a specific statement or policy speech.
:lamoGuess what? Obama isn't running. And he lives rent free in your head.
He wasn't going to take donations, either. :lol:I missed all the threads from the Trump supporters howling about how Trump channeled his inner Barack Obama and used a teleprompter.
I thought Trump just spoke from the heart and wasn't a phony who needs a teleprompter to feed him his thoughts, like that evil Obama?
After days of characteristic defiance amid charges that his comments accusing a Mexican-American judge of bias were racist, Trump's speech Tuesday night marked an about-face as a more restrained, yet out-of-character Trump appeared.
Donald Trump turned to the two teleprompters to his left and right on Tuesday night and took a victory lap, as Republicans cast their final votes of the primary season.

Sure, but I think they also run the risk of losing momentum if he does tone it down, too. His supporters are low-information and short attention span voters.I think this is some of the most explicit proof of how rattled Trump and his campaign has become over the past two weeks. Pretty much ever since Hillary's foreign policy speech that was essentially a point-by-point attack on Trump, we have yet to hear a defense from Trump. In fact, the only counterpoint that I've seen Trump make was, ironically enough, his attack during Face the Nation when he accused her of just reading someone else's speech from, wait for it, a teleprompter.
Add to that the last 72 hours and I believe that there is an actual concern within some members of the Trump organization that he could lose the nomination unless he tones it down dramatically.
I would be curious to find out how much of what he said overlapped with the actual speech on the teleprompter because I know for a fact that the whole, "That's right, no PPP. And you mean no PP," was not scripted. Specifically, I'm curious whether the line about the inner cities being a disgrace and how we're going to take care of our African Americans was scripted.
Sure, but most of them didn't make such a big deal about being anti-teleprompter.ALL Presidential candidates use teleprompters. The criticism heaved against President Obama for using a teleprompter was hypocritical at worst and disingenuous at best.
The more partisan hack the person the more they can rationalize anything. So will this mark an about-face from the Right for their continued harassment of Obama for using a teleprompter?

Thats so sad...
You DO realize that the OP was FORMED around commentary over trump and Obama...OBAMA...using teleprompters...right? You get that 5 of the first 10 posters here cited Obama and liberal shills like Disney and Cardinal cited Obama and you then want to make it be about me? Talk about living rent free in your head.

He made using a teleprompter great again.
Are you actually trying to criticize Trump for using a teleprompter?
Hardly. What a false equivalency oh so typical of liberals.
Obama is incapable of addressing anyone without a teleprompter crutch. He recently he turned into a stuttering bumbling mess when he didn't use one.
Obama is dependent on the teleprompter, and hence the much deserved mocking he got.
Trump is perfectly capable of delivering a speech without a teleprompter, but uses one on occasion. Trump is not dependent on the teleprompter.
That's very different, I'm sure you'll have to admit.
Nope. Because the 2 very are different.
Trump can be coherent without a teleprompter (although you may not like what he says).
Obama has proven himself unable to speak coherently without one.
That's a big difference.
This is so easy it just seems unfair.
You just accept every idiotic piece of conservative bull**** that crosses your path, dontcha?
Here's what that great orator Obama sounds like off Teleprompter....
Proof is in the video, isn't it?
