US healthcare is 33% of US total GDP. Undermining it would send the US in a recession larger than the great depression.

So this is not going to happen in any meaningful way.

The problem is also the general for profit model of US healthcare. It is not considered as an investment in human capital. Basically US accumulates investment money through healthcare instead of healing/curing people which is just a side effect.

Ah, they don't heal/cure you if you don't have money. Even if you have insurance, doctors won't heal you. There's no money incentive for them to see you as the insurance made sure that it is that way. Get clipped. No more humans is the way to go.
