Trump is still winning where it counts. His SCOTUS nominees for instance recently flushed Roe Vs Wade down the toilet.

Apparently Cohen got tripped up by Habba a few times and may have perjured himself, and dumb ass trump thinks that's reason to toss the whole trial...:ROFLMAO:.. He's so sick, and so desperate, and so screwed...it's a beautiful thing!

Not really. This is a "man" who no one talks down to, so to be scolded and fined by a judge who I'm quite sure trump views with complete contempt is more than his paper thin ego can tolerate, and it's making him crazy to be under someone's thumb. It's not about the money, it's about the perceived disrespect in the warped mind of a psychopath who really believes he's all that!

I'd be surprised if he did. Do you have a link with details about it? Perjury is a fairly high bar, not unintentional errors from a hostile interrogation.

His being upset isn't important, the deterrence of the punishment is. And that is very low with those fines.

How does "google it" translate into a hostile tone? It's been all over multiple news outlets today, Cohen was apparently caught in a few lies and discrepancies from stuff he wrote in his book, and trump took that as grounds for dismissal, typical dumb ass trump. No offense intended! And you completely missed my point. It's NOT about the money, it's the psychological trauma to trump's psyche that drives his descent into madness that we are seeing. He can't handle humiliation. He'd be just as pissy if the fine was 10.00.

You completely miss the point. Tanking Roe Vs Wade effectively returned the issue of abortion back to the states where it constitutionally belongs. Roe Vs Wade was legislation from the Judicial Branch. That has been corrected.

OK, glad you clarified the intent. I think I got your point, and you might have missed mine, that the point of the fine is supposed to be to deter the behavior, and such small fines for trump don't do that. You're talking about how he dislikes the situation, but I don't see that deterring him. His repeated violations of the rules show they're not deterring him. "Pissy" and deterred are different things.

Having checked the issue, it appears to be all about confusion because Cohen was sloppy in saying trump had said to fabricate numbers, when he previously said he didn't, which he clarified by saying trump didn't actually to do it, but spoke indirectly like a mob boss where the intent was very clear without actually saying it. It's unfortunate he wasn't clearer all along and contradicted himself.

In the end, it doesn't matter, Cohen is not a star witness in this case, he's one of many and there are far more important witnesses to come! And don't forget, the Judge warned him when he set the first fine that he could be jailed if he persists. Honestly, I wish trump would blow it bigly and get locked up. Speed this process up a bit.

And yet the wingnut cons who aren't happy with voters exercising their will in voting to codify reproductive rights in various state constitutions are now clamoring for a federal ban. You know, because it's a state's rights issue.
