Don't forget the evils of "Socialism." As if investing in your country is a bad thing and letting greedy rich people pull trillions out of it is good. But, hey---"keep the government out of my medicare!"

THe stupid over there is something to be proud of. And, they are proud of it.
 
It depends…I don't like self dealing, but what was the regular market price? Depending on how much space we're talking $175,000 a day is not that unreasonable. I went to a wedding no long ago where the venue was $300,000 a day. High demand spaces don't come cheap.

edit: Never mind, just finished the article it's $85,000 - yeah seems bad.
