It is interesting how some feel the SC will vote down party lines with a 4-4 vote. I would hope the SC would rule based on the law and what challenges are brought forward to the SC. Trump by saying the ninth seat is needed before the election is basically saying, if I challenge the results of the election to the SC, I win.

With his comments about the election, voting procedures, the SC, I have lost any faith in President Trump as a leader.
