If you listen to Maddow's analysis, it would mean that Trump believes he doesn't need people voting to win the election. Why would that be? It must have something to do with the election certifications if not the popular vote. Rolling Stones has pointed that in the swings states of Az, Ga, Mi, Ne, NC and Penn at least 70 loyal Pro-Trumpers have been put into positions of certifying election results to be able to refuse to certify the election results of those states, thus setting up a situation like what we had Jan 6 of 2021 but without Pence. My guess is these swing state certifiers want chaos at the Certification ceremony which will cause the matter to be sent to the SCOTUS like 2001 where a very pro-Trump court will decide the election results in favor of Trump thus handing him the presidency just like SCOTUS handed the presidency to Bush in 2001 even though Gore won the popular vote. No wonder Trump is cool as a cucumber even it appearing he's going to lose the popular vote. He knows the fix is in and his ass is covered by his lackeys.

Surely some of them will outright refuse to certify their local elections. However, they will all be sued. Since Harris will be counting the electoral votes, There is no way Trump wins. She will simply do what Trump insisted Pence do. And president Biden, as part of his official duties will order Harris to do just that, just like Trump ordered Pence. I've been trying to warn about this for weeks, if not longer. But I dont know all the laws and circumstances...but if I know about it, then for damned sure the Democratic Party does and they better be putting safeguards in place and developing their own (legal of course) strategies.
