Your post betrays a level of ignorance that can only described as incompetent. A FEDERAL JUDGE issue a holding on him to NOT BE DEPORTED TO EL SALVADOR. They did it anyway without any due process. He being illegally detained and is innocent of any gang affiliations except attempted to be extorted. You are being what I can only believe as willfully ignorant of the facts. The fact that you are OK with the defiance of legitimate court orders from the SUPREME COURT is further evidence of the sickness that pervades MAGA.

Illegally deported to El Salvador. That point cannot be contested. It is fact. It is fact he wasn't afforded any due process. It is fact that MAGA is a very dysfunctional group that cries foul on the Constitution when it suits them and wipes there a** with it when they want to. A sick political group that deserves nothing but disdain.

What is wrong with you people??
He was in possession of a "witholding of removal" court ordered document that prevented his removal to El Salvador. He was deported to El Salvador anyway and the pig in the White House is openly defying a court order to facilitate his return. When that happens we live in a dictatorship that follows only the rules made up by the dictator, in this case a felon. Now he could be deported to another country if a country is found that is willing to accept him.
Why do you think the SCOTUS commanded the DOJ to facilitate his release and continue his case as if the mistake had never happened?

My God, this whole issue is seemingly over your head. That statement is wrong AND naive.

He was illegally sent to El Salvador without due process. Even the White House has admitted this was a mistake. No one is disputing the mistake other than you.

The whole point of due process is to make sure we don't make mistakes. When a process is not followed, mistakes can happen. Trump now realizes that he can pretty much disappear anyone, including you, with impunity. That is crux of the discussion.

You seem to be few steps behind the issue here. Perhaps study up and get back to us.

Oh no you don't... humanizing illegals is useless. @TamleeB and her ilk here obviously prefer to see these miscreants rot in the most inhumane conditions possible for daring to come here in the first place - whatever the reason and regardless of the status of their removal cases. Trump's SS has labelled him an enemy of the state and so he is - end of story - end of Mr. Garcia. Goodbye Mr. Garcia. Goodbye Rule of Law and the Bill of Rights.

We do, aka, the same people who pay for any court cases, Ted Bundy was prosecuted with public funds. So was OJ Simpson. With respect to migrant cases, the same people who have paid to protect Cuban and Vietnamese refugees.
