They did, as you just pointed out. The big difference between those deportations and the ones conducted now is this administration is deporting them to a third party country. Can you cite where Obama and Biden were doing that?

The idea that some people here try to defend this outrageous event is evidence that there are too many people not only on this forum but in this country that have had their thinking scrambled by the cult.
Unfortunately, I do not believe he is alive...or he would have been returned quickly to make the scandal disappear. That said, if he is alive, he needs to be returned. I think the fear is that the administration will be sued for his death.

Because we put an innocent man in a jail that is notorious for torture and death of inmates and we are paying them for keeping him. There is 0 evidence he is gang member. It was ILLEGAL for ICE to deport him to El Salvador as a court had order he not be. All the courts agree he needs to be returned to the US.
