Yes, they had full knowledge and I explained how this does not change the fact that they did not have full knowledge regarding what Flynn did with respect to Pence. and they could not even know if Flynn lied to Pence or if Pence knew the truth and lied to the press or if Flynn and Trump knew the truth (regarding the conversations with the Russian ambassador) but Pence was kept out of the loop.
