I had never heard of this guy until the other day. Trump commutes his Federal sentence, but Hoover still has an Illinois sentence of 200 years. Is the state penal system “cushy” compared to Federal lock up? I see in the link that. Hoover has spent 30 years in solitary confinement, he’s been institutionalized, imo. Not always but Hoover was in a super maximum security federal prison so I would assume the Illinois state prisons would have less intense control and confinement so it's probably an upgrade for that loser.
