Sending ICE there is not necessary. The whole thing is designed by Trump to declare martial law. Pull out his Ice Gestapo if he wants peace.
 
If ICE agents want to stop being compared to Nazis and the Gestapo, here are some tips for them:
1) Take off your masks
2) Identify yourselves
3) Stop disappearing innocent people off the street
4) Avoid shooting women, like you did today, you ****ing Gestapo Nazis

kinna. except ICE is there on legit law enforcement. Protestors have first amendment rights, but can't interfere with ICE.
They have been harassing agents in front of ICE facilities. and dont forget the Dallas ICE shooter and his anti-ICE bullets

Maybe if local yokel politicians would let local cops respond to violent confrontations with ICE ops
But they dont care about protecting their citizens from violence..so the umbrella crowd is free to perform

look at the earlier decision -completely incorrect that a governor or court has the ability to stop a POTUS from sending in Guard to protect ICE doing it's law enforcement. The Nat Guard can be deployed to federal locations in any state where needed. It's an executive branch decision to federalize a state Guard for federal protections.

U.S. District Judge Karin Immergut wrote a pile of uninformed incorrect assertions dressed up as ' saving' the Constitution.
In fact it's twisted on executive powers that states can block federalized Guard .the Supremacy Clause

Domestic deployments of armed military forces is justiciable -- the courts have jurisdiction over domestic deployments.

War and Peace are matters between the elected officials of the Congress and the Potus/C'nC. The Judiciary has long since and also recently removed itself from matters of war and peace abroad. It's called the judicial Doctrine of Political Question. That is, the decision on war and peace is for the elected Congress and the elected Potus/C'nC, not for the courts.

The system of checks and balances is crashed. MAGAs control the Congress, the Supreme MAGA Court and MAGAs have the presidency. MAGAs are working now to fix this in perpetuity by means of controlled voting and elections. Indeed, the Constitution in the hands of MAGAs presents a clear and open path to dictatorship. Their final obstacle is the Constitutional armed forces that since 1776 have been the bulwark of democracy at home and abroad. The National Guard is following orders, yes. The active duty force and its chain of command is a radically different beast however.

Gotta wonder if MAGA will ever think Trump has gone too far.

I doubt they would even care if he started killing people he didn't like.

There might be some truth to this.

The Portland mayor disallows the police to do anything to protect the people around the ICE facility. Then the president knows ANTIFA will come out and others if he announces the NG will come.

Is that possible?
