Yes, it's a natural occurrence for leftist activists to shutdown I-5 when they are rioting/insurrecting/looting, but pretend all the violence is justified, lol.

Surely you mean the 405 (easy access from the Westwood Federal Building), or the 101 (easy access from DTLA/Civic Center).

Obviously looting would not be a priority given the many lanes of concrete in our freeways and off and on ramps. Nothing to steal except many a few freeway daisies (osteospermum fruticosum) but they’re not planted on every stretch.

I know it is of no moment to this regime, but the proposed activity is blatantly illegal, if it is as described. Federal law and regulations prohibit firing live ordnance over civilian areas (outside of wartime) - and for good reason.
