Sometimes, it does, sometimes it doesn't. We will know in 6 months. I very much doubt we will be in a full scale war with Iran though.

That was a risk yesterday as well. What the US and Israel are doing is taking some of that nuclear risk off the table.
 
Iran didn’t want to give up Nuclear program……what were Trumps options?

I can't speak to the others, but, my response was explicitly in response to a question of which US Presidents had expanded or started wars without express Congressional Authorization, and I gave a list that included Obama, Biden, and Trump.... and then you quoted it and removed Trump to make it look like I was doing something I wasn't.

Why would OPEC shut things down. The sheikhs are in Party mode over this.

They've been seriously acting out in a crazed way since Trump came down the escalator at Trump Tower announcing his 2016 candidacy for the POTUS. They could seek help for the TDS The American Psychiatric Association has added to the fifth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders but as we both know, we can only lead a horse to water, we can't make them drink it.
