Trump Judge Orders White House to Return Deported Migrant​

A federal judge in Maryland has ordered President Donald Trump's administration to facilitate the return of a 20-year-old Venezuelan man who was wrongly deported to El Salvador.

U.S. District Judge Stephanie Gallagher, who was appointed by Trump, issued an order on Wednesday stating that the man's removal violated a previous court settlement.

That's right, reich-wingers. YOU WERE WRONG AGAIN.

 
Who the **** does that judge think he is? He owes Trump BIGLY! How dare he issue such a blatantly wrong order! He'll be lucky if Trump doesn't ship him and his entire family to El Salvador. MAGA!

Per the article - he is a designated member of TdA and was arrested, charged, and convicted of cocaine possession. He came here as an unaccompanied minor presumably because his parents wanted him to have a better life. Imagine their profound disappointment.

Good riddance and he’s not coming back. Find someone who isn’t a convicted criminal to be the poster child for your argument.

U.S. District Judge Stephanie Gallagher has neither the power nor the authority to compel a president to act.

Abrego-Garcia is a violent man and was in the U.S. illegally, so the State Department sent him home to El Salvador, without due process under provisions of 8 U.S. Code § 1227, which empowers the Attorney General to deport ANY violent alien without a hearing before an immigration judge, and without the right to appeal.

Abrego-Garcia's deportation was proper, lawful, and in accordance with the provisions of 8 U.S. Code § 1227.

These District-level judges are a joke, and shouldn't be taken seriously.
