Let me just say that until I know more, I am remaining neutral on this pick.

However,....
Attempting to get Americans lifespans six years longer like Europe's is not a bad thing. Attempting to make America healthier again (30% of the population is pre-diabetic) is not a bad thing.

Now if JFK Jr., as the head of the HHS was a tyrant and forced others to do it his way, yeah, he'd have no business running the HHS. People should be informed, and ready to make health choices for themselves in the end. However, children who attend public schools should be required to continue the usual vaccines.

Furthering the 30% pre-diabetic thought, if there's anything to the claims that RFK is making, that the food in the US being consumed is the source of any number of medical ailments, I'd rather know about it, have it scientifically vetted (not the BS around here, for sure), and sensible plans of action laid out as to how to change things for the better.

Diabetes, and its medical complications, costs allot to manage and treat.
If the cases can be significantly reduced by making positive changes to food and the food industry, just think how much further those medical care dollars will go, not to mention how much better off those people will medically be.

I agree with you. I consider RFK Jr. a serious individual when it comes to health issues. I think he will do very well in charge of DHHS as I pointed out in post #110.

And? Elections matter. They should fully benefit from the new administration. I am sure Kennedy will break up Big Pharma. When I think people who are interested in breaking up corporate/government cartels I think an Admin led by a billionaire with another billionaire benefitting from billions in government contracts and tax subsidies.
